• Payment terms will be specified in each quotation or purchase agreement
• All prices are in the currency stated in the quotation and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
• We accept payment via bank transfer (TT) and other methods as agreed in writing
• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed point of handover

5. Delivery and Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Joy Sail is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, third-party logistics providers, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations, duties, and taxes in the destination country.

6. Returns and Refunds

Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by supporting photographs and documentation. We will investigate all claims and, if validated, may offer a replacement, credit note, or refund at our sole discretion. Goods must not be returned without our prior written authorisation.
